MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Today we celebrated Christmas with some very special friends. A few weeks back we were invited to spend Christmas Day with Paul and Marti and some of their family. Daughter Heather and her husband Brian, along with their sons Andrew and Owen, graciously welcomed us into their home and into their family for Christmas.
We had a great time, and the food was delicious.
We had fried turkey, two kinds of dressing, corn, green beans, sweet potato/squash casserole, mashed potatoes, gravy, and jellied cranberry sauce. Terri made a cherry pie and a pumpkin pie for dessert.
Andrew and Owen showed off some of their toys that they received for Christmas. We also played a fun word game called Bananagrams. It’s sort of like Scrabble without the board. Terri and I had a great time. Thanks again Brian, Heather, Andrew, Owen, Marti, and Paul for inviting us in to spend this very special day with all of you.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
How cool is that? How wonderful to spend Christmas with great friends and family! Merry Christmas!
